Immigration Attorney

Job Description:

Bertoni Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a commitment to providing excellent client service. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, including employment-based and family-based immigration matters.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, TN, etc.).
• Prepare and file immigrant visa petitions (PERM, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, family-based petitions).
• Handle adjustment of status applications and consular processing.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to a U.S. State Bar (California preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian) is a plus.
